Terms and Policies


Orders need to be received at least 48 hours prior to your desired installation date to ensure availability. If less than 48 hours, please call to verify that a delivery time and your desired greeting are available. Weather permitting, we will install your greeting between the hours requested or as close to your desired delivery time as possible. Letter color choice is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate your choice. We will do our best to make your celebration amazing!


Payment is due at the time of booking. Payment confirms that order details are correct and you agree to terms. We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.

Service Area / Re-Delivery Fee Policy

We service the following areas:

  • Carthage
  • Southern Pines
  • Whispering Pines
  • Pinehurst
  • Aberdeen
  • Robbins
  • Cameron
  • Some surrounding areas.

Any area outside of a 30-mile radius of downtown Carthage will be subject to a travel fee.

*Please note: The map above is a generalization of the service area, and the actual service area may differ. If you would like to know if we can deliver to your address, please contact us directly.

If you’re located outside of our service area, please call or text for a quote.  We have set up outside of Moore county with appropriate notice.

A $30.00 re-delivery fee will be charged if we cannot deliver/install for the following reasons:

  • Animals preventing delivery
  • We are denied access to a gated community
  • Recipient of the gifted greeting refuses delivery and later decides to accept the installation
  • Yard construction, ornaments, or other yard objects blocking greeting installation

For Your Safety and Protection of Our Signs

Please avoid any type of horseplay or physical activity around the greeting display. Our displays are for visual enjoyment only. We encourage photos with our displays, but please do not lean on or against the signs. We also ask that you do not move or rearrange our display in any way from its original design. Any misrepresentation of our design from its original state will result in a $25.00 invoice to the client. The client is responsible for any damaged or missing Buggy Town Yard Sign displays/signs and will receive an invoice for the full cost of any subsequent replacements.


Cancellations made before the day of delivery will receive a full refund. Day-of-delivery cancellations will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after delivery to site (example: gift recipient does not accept the yard greeting) will not receive any refund. If you received a Buggy Town Yard Signs greeting as a gift and wish it removed, please call (757) 703-4583.

Buggy Town Yard Signs reserves the right to decline orders that contain lewd, distasteful, or disrespectful content.

Hazardous Weather Conditions

Hazardous Weather Conditions such as severe thunderstorms, high winds, hail, tornado warning/watch, and long standing heavy rain may prevent us from completing your greeting installation. If such conditions occur or persist, we will attempt to reschedule your celebration display, or will provide the option of a full refund.

Buggy Town Yard Signs is not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.
