Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to water the plants?

Yes. Customers are responsible for light watering between scheduled maintenance visits. Care instructions will be provided.


How often do you visit?

Maintenance visits are performed monthly as part of your subscription package.


What happens during a maintenance visit?

We inspect plants, perform basic maintenance, replace batteries if needed, and update seasonal graphics when scheduled.


Do the displays change throughout the year?

Yes. Subscription customers receive seasonal styling updates and monthly graphic updates to keep displays fresh and festive.


Do I own the planters and decorations?

No. Subscription displays are rentals and remain the property of Buggy Town Yard Signs, LLC unless specifically purchased outright.


What if something gets stolen?

Customers are responsible for the replacement cost of rented items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.


What if a storm damages my display?

Weather-related damage is not covered. Contact us and we can discuss replacement options if needed.


Can I move the display myself?

We ask that customers leave displays in place between maintenance visits to ensure they remain safe, balanced, and attractive.


How long is the subscription?

Subscriptions are available in 3, 6, and 12-month terms. A minimum three-month commitment is required.


Do I need to be home during service visits?

No. As long as we have access to the display area, you do not need to be present.


Can I purchase a display instead of subscribing?

Yes. Select package designs may be purchased outright. Purchased displays do not include maintenance, graphic swaps, seasonal updates, or battery replacement.


What areas do you serve?

Service is provided by route. Contact us to confirm availability in your neighborhood if you have any doubts. 

 

Mailbox & Porch Styling Terms & Conditions

Subscription Terms

Mailbox & Porch Styling subscriptions are available in the following terms:

  • 3 Month Subscription
  • 6 Month Subscription
  • 12 Month Subscription

A minimum three (3) month commitment is required for all subscriptions.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Included Services

All subscription packages include:

  • Professional installation
  • Decorative trays
  • River rock accents
  • Monthly plant maintenance visits
  • Monthly graphic updates
  • Battery replacement for the included illuminated décor
  • Seasonal styling updates

Services are performed on scheduled route days and may vary based on weather, seasonal demand, and route efficiency.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide reasonable access to the display area.
  • Water live plants between scheduled maintenance visits.
  • Notify Buggy Town of any damage, theft, or display concerns.
  • Keep pets secured during service visits.
  • Avoid moving, removing, or rearranging display components.

Failure to properly water plants may result in plant decline or loss and may require additional replacement fees.

Ownership of Materials

Unless purchased outright, all materials remain the property of Buggy Town Yard Signs, LLC.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Plants
  • Planters
  • Decorative trays
  • River rock
  • Graphic signs
  • Lanterns
  • Decorative accents
  • Wooden display pieces
  • Seasonal décor
  • Batteries and lighting components

Subscription displays are considered rental installations.

Loss, Theft, and Damage

Customers are responsible for the replacement cost of any rented materials that are:

  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Damaged
  • Destroyed
  • Removed without authorization

Normal weathering and ordinary wear are excluded.

Weather, Wildlife, and Plant Performance

Buggy Town Yard Signs, LLC is not responsible for damage or plant decline caused by:

  • Severe weather
  • Drought
  • Excessive rainfall
  • Extreme temperatures
  • Wildlife
  • Insects
  • Disease
  • Lawn equipment
  • Pets
  • Lack of watering

HOA Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with:

  • HOA regulations
  • Neighborhood covenants
  • Mailbox requirements
  • Property restrictions

Buggy Town Yard Signs, LLC is not responsible for HOA fines, violations, or removal requests.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum 30-day written notice is required to cancel service after the initial subscription commitment has been fulfilled.

Early cancellation does not waive remaining subscription obligations.

Outright Purchase Option

Select displays may be purchased outright rather than rented through a subscription.

Purchased displays do not include:

  • Maintenance visits
  • Grapic updates
  • Seasonal refreshes
  • Battery replacement

Ownership transfers only for items specifically identified as purchased.
