How long is the rental period?

All of our full-size sign packages include a two-night rental. We set up the day before your event and pick up after the second night unless other arrangements are made.

Do I need to be home when you set up or take down?

Nope! As long as we have access to the yard and clear instructions, you don’t need to be there.

Do I have to set anything up myself?

Nope! We handle everything — delivery, setup, and takedown. You get to just enjoy the surprise.

Where do you set up signs?

We proudly serve the greater Moore County area, usually within 30 miles of Carthage, North Carolina. If you're a bit outside that range, no problem — there may be a small travel fee. Not sure if we cover your location? Just reach out and we’ll be happy to check!

Can I customize the sign?

Yes, our large displays are completely customizable. You choose the colors, themes, and personal touches, and we’ll handle the rest from setup to pickup.

What if I don’t see my school or theme listed?

No problem. We have lots of options not shown online, and we’re always happy to work with you to create something special. Just reach out.

Can I rent just a piece of the display, like a name or a cake?

Our packages are sold as full displays, but we will be offering keepsake signs you can purchase separately if you're looking for something smaller. Keep an eye out!

What is a "Yours to Keep" sign?

These are pre-made or custom signs that you keep — perfect for photo props, smaller spaces, or something sentimental to hang onto after the celebration.

Do you set up in the rain?

Yes, as long as it’s safe to do so. Our signs are weather-resistant, but if severe weather is expected, we’ll work with you on a backup plan.
