How Senior & Grad Sign Orders Work

How Senior & Grad Sign Orders Work

Ordering your graduation sign is easy and your grad is going to love it.

📍 Where to Order

All orders are placed here, through our website. You’ll be able to view all sign styles and templates in the product gallery. Choose the one that best fits your grad, select your preferences, and check out in just a few minutes.

📝 What We Collect

During checkout, we’ll ask for:
• The graduate’s first name (last name optional)
• School name (for non-school themed designs)
• Whether you'd like your sign to be included in the Senior Sign Parade or picked up directly

For Pre-K through 5th grade signs, we offer photoless options. For other grads, photo signs are available and encouraged.

đź’µ Payment and Pricing

The preorder price is $30, but prices will go up as we get closer to graduation and the Senior Sign Parade. We place bulk print orders at the end of each month to help keep costs down. Prices will increase in April.

Payment is due when you order.

📦 Monthly Order Schedule

We send signs to print once a month.
• Ordering for each batch closes 3 days before the last weekday of each month
• Signs will arrive during the first week of the following month
• If volume increases, we may switch to printing twice a month

📍 Pickup Details

All signs are pickup only from the front yard of our home office in Carthage.

604 S McNeill St,
Carthage, NC 28327

No appointment needed. We’ll email you when your sign is ready.

đź‘€ Photo Requirements & Proofs

If you upload a photo, please be sure it is high resolution. We recommend an 8x10 inch image or larger. If our designer runs into any problems with the file you submitted, we’ll reach out.

You’ll also receive a proof of your design after you order. Please keep an eye on your email so we can stay on track with printing.

If you need to email us a photo file or a link, or have questions about photo quality, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help.
